"She's come between us, Tyler..." Josh puts a hand on my shoulder and frowns.
"No, she hasn't at all, Josh. You're still my favorite friend, and I still love you." I push his hand off and sigh. He has these eyes filled with sadness. Something I never understood.
"But you are starting to love her more, Tyler. You aren't the same...." He shakes his head and walks away from me, and I'm left alone.

"Do you know how hard it is for me knowing that you're with someone else?" Tyler asked, staring at me intensely. "You think this is easy for me?" I asked, trying to hold back my tears. "I didn't say it was -" he began, but I cut him off. "It's not. I have to go around hating myself. Hating myself for thinking about you. Hating myself for wanting you.
