Danny and Clockwork have been bound together by fate ever since the beginning. Each life that Danny lives he somehow always winds up right next to Clockwork. Weather it be as a lover, mate, or something in between. Although they are bound by fate to meet again it always breaks Clockwork's heart when Danny dies asking clockwork to 'meet him in another time'.
