Although they are bound by fate to meet again it always breaks Clockwork's heart when Danny dies asking clockwork to 'meet him in another time'. Danny Fenton is in love with the very famous Dash Baxter. Being only a 16 year old, Danny is very certain he is in love with the boy, regardless of what his parents say. Danny struggles after accidentally coming out to his parents about being gay, which they don't take very well. Danny's parents mistreat him and try to get him to like girls by any means necessary. Dash wasn't making things easy on Danny either. Danny feels like everything is hopeless, his parents won't accept him in his human form and he knows they'd never accept his ghost form. Danny also knows Dash couldn't possibly love him or could he? Sam and Tucker often try to cheer up Danny and help him but Danny closes himself off to people.
