Vassilok has recently left his home for the very first time. However, unbeknownst to him, his home is caught in the middle of two warring kingdoms. Vassilok returns to his village to find it devastated-- trampled and burned to the ground in some human skirmish.
Thus begins a story of adventure, peril, revenge, and loss, as Vassilok and a small group of survivors are forced to make sacrifice after sacrifice in order to keep themselves alive.
