Question - What does an ambitious journalist and the wife of a successful writer have in common?
Answer - Getting to the truth, chasing the money, and then each other of course.

This is a story of a reclusive writer called Curtis. He came out of nowhere, became the New York Times best seller overnight and accumulated wealth beyond measure.

The trouble was nobody knew how he did it, because he refused to give interviews.

Cue Jake, an equally obsessional journalist who didn't take no for an answer.

However, getting to meet the reclusive Curtis was only half the battle. He didn't account for the duplicity, and deception he'd have to uncover just to get to the truth.
