Gabriel wings have been torn and burnt off after the fight with Lucifer. After he flew off with the little bit of wings he had left to the impala, his wings nothing but a few feathers and bones. Gabriel passed out in the back seat and not to long after the boys found him and drove back to the hotel and waited for him to wake up.
