A recent attack/heist on Outpost Foxtrot the roads have gotten much more dangerous to walk/ride on. Attacks are more frequent, more and more people are moving to White Chapel for safety. With the recent disappearance of Sheriff McAvoy and half of the sheriff's department though, people are starting to wonder whether White Chapel is the safest place to be.
