I'll Wait For You (Pat x Jen AU) {DISCONTINUED}

It's been three years since Pat and Jen have seen each other. Pat had to move to a different city because of some family issues mean while Jen stayed in their hometown waiting for him. Finally Jen's wait was worth it when she got news that Pat was coming back.

Note: They are in high school so by the time Pat gets back he'll be in his junior year and Jen will be in her freshman year.
