We all struggle with anxiety and hard times throughout our lives but instead of keeping our feelings all bottled up inside, we should talk about it, however this is not always an easy thing to do. The two most common types of pain are the physical but also the emotional. However, they are very different and have different effects on the human body and mind.

There are three things that can hurt some-one when pushing them to their limits or making them feel pain: emotional, physical, and mental. There were not many things that I knew much about but pain... Pain I knew. I understood it and its various types. Emotional pain as time dragged by, physical pain I felt when my mate had sex with another woman, when different men had come, nightly beatings, mental pain when he played tricks, when I realized no one from my pack was looking for me.
