"You.Hurt.Me" I say, pushing the taller brunette against the brick wall behind her. "Just up and out of my life." Riley frowns, wincing from the pressure against her collar bone. "Maya, I didn't have a choice. Nobody could forgive those words I told you." I dig my arm harder into her chest, "I'm not nobody. I'm Maya." Letting go of her, I take one last look at her, before turning and marching off.
"Maya." Without turning around, I brush the hair out of my face, "Screw off, Riley."
