One fateful stormy night was all it took for Lila's world to be turned upside down--in the worst possible way. 

Waking up with retrograde amnesia, Lila is stunned when she can't remember what she did or who she was with for half of her life.

Lila frowned at the unfamiliar name scripted at the bottom of the message. Jordan can be a girl name and a boy name so that left the gender of the person undiscovered. But, the words of the message seems like words girls would say... unless it's a boy who she has come to know romantically...  

Lila shivered at the thought of a man walking through the doors of her hospital room, claiming that he is her boyfriend and her not knowing who he is. The two x's beside the person's name backed up this idea and Lila tried to find it within herself to convince her mind that this "Jordan" is a girl.  

She hopes it's a girl. "
