Tay and Tia are sister and brother. Tay is the eighteen year old legal guardian of his sixteen year old sister Tia and they stay in the projects of Houston. Tia struggles with the knowledge of Tay involved in gang activity and pleads desperately for him to leave it, knowing what the streets could do to people. Tay fights to support his sister by doing the only thing he knows how, he is determined to get out of the hood and make his sister proud. But with obstacles around every corner there's no guarantee they can make it out.
