Tay and Tia are sister and brother. Tay is the eighteen year old legal guardian of his sixteen year old sister Tia and they stay in the projects of Houston. Tia struggles with the knowledge of Tay involved in gang activity and pleads desperately for him to leave it, knowing what the streets could do to people.
