The year is 4014, new year's day. The world has changed much since then, a lot actually. Most of the world is owned by The Order and everything is controlled. Seventeen year old Alea Maw is part of this. Her parents killed, her brother kidnapped, she's alone and a fugitive. She slipped out of the governments hands and now has been running like a bandit. Alea makes a daring connection with her Uncle who is head of God Squad, a group created by the rebellion to shut the government down and The Order. She attempts to cross the border to Canada and into the only state free, Alaska. But being in Alaska only seems like a fantasy to naïve Alea, maybe with in The Order it was safer? As war comes closer and closer Alea must rely on the wild frontier of Alaska to train her for the horrors of what it to come in the world she lives in.
