Dan isn't the coolest of people, he has no friends, hardly ever sees his parents, and gets bullied by everyone. Phil, on the other hand, has his eye on Dan for a long time. Will Dan notice? More then likely not, as Phil thinks.
I don't know if there's anything 'mature' going to happen. But knowing my stories it's better to be safe then sorry.
