Collin Evans had just started school in Sydney high selective school of the elements. He has no idea what the school is, apart from the fact that the people inside the school graduate to become doctors and lawyers. He is met with a pack of snobby rich kids and also friends that he would cherish forever. The school seems weird, not in a spooky life threatening way but in a supernatural way. Soon,he is put into a team which only a crazy drunk person would put together. He discovers more about the elements and what makes Sydney high the school it is. Throw in a bit of karate, people pretending that they know how to fight, trying to save a damsel, cracking jokes left right and centre and that pretty much sums up the whole book.

Right before she was adopted at age ten, she lost all her memories. After the adoption life seemed as normal as possible, besides a few fractured memories of her forgotten past. At the age of seventeen, she now goes by Rae and her only worries are trying to please her parents while also trying to live life the way she wants, forget these recurring nightmares, and survive life at her new school. At her new school, The Academy for the Gifted, Rae is faced with a few challenges by trying to survive high school like any other normal teenager with her two best friends.
