There are just some things you shouldn't take with you.

The last thing Lily Cantada wants to do is go home. In slow, sleepy suburbia there are too many reminders of all who had left-including the man she thought she would spend the rest of her life with. She left, too, and never looked back, hopping from one place to another. But her father is sick, her mother is a mess, and her siblings want her to just sit her ass down.

So now, Lily is sleeping in the tiny single bed of her childhood, stuck between her parents, her grumpy brother, and her frazzled sister. And she's totally dependent on their new neighbor and his dark blue pickup truck. She could also be totally crushing on him, but that's neither here nor there-because she's a rolling stone, and he's...moss?

The last thing Carlo Joson wants is to get involved-with anything or anyone. After years of being the wayward son, the irresponsible man, he's come home to find some peace and quiet. He's so bent on staying put he's decided to try and make a living off root, crop, and soil.

There are parts of Lily's life that he's all too familiar with. He lived that high-speed car chase, and he knows what's coming around the bend-the inevitable crash and burn. But who is he to give her a talking to? She's a rolling stone, and he's a man carrying a cross.

But that's the thing about relationships-everybody comes into it carrying a lot of baggage.

Instead, there replaced with new parents. Her new parents are still nice to her. They think she's still one of there own. Jasmine then figures out that she's middle class. Jasmine goes outside to see what it looks like. It looks what Tusla would look like. She goes for a walk. Everyone looks like there from the 1960's. When she sees someone, she asks what year it is. The man looked confused but said 1966. That's when she realizes that she's in The Outsiders book. Does Jasmine end up meeting the gang? Dose everything in the book happen in this world? If so, did the events happen yet? Is Johnny and Dallas still alive? Read and find out. Jasmine doesn't realize it yet but this book isn't going to have all the events from The Outsiders book. JOHNNY and DALLAS are still going to be alive through out the book. I may or may not put lines that were from the book or not. So if you have never seen or read The Outsiders, maybe you shouldn't read this. I thank S.E Hinton for writing the outsiders and give her credit for her characters and the parts from the book I add. I hope you ended up liking this book. Stay Gold and do it for Johnny.
