If LOVE is so simple, then why was he suffering? Anakin Skywalker was raised to be a Sith Lord since he was a mere child; he had no place for such a dangerous thing like love, yet... 

How has he fallen for HER? Him, a general of the Republic, a Sith? He could not hide his feelings any longer and his mind felt like it could explode at any moment. If he knows, she would die and he could not bear the thought of living without her. If she knows, she would despise him and such a fate, for him, was worse than death. The burden that was on him was unbearable. 

However, the solution is simple, isn't it? Just kill the Dark Lord of the Sith, i.e. his master, Darth Sidious, and he would be free. But things don't just go the way you want it to be, especially when such a trivial thing like LOVE can involve the fate of the FORCE and... unleash an unknown danger upon it.

Anakin's darkness started long ago. In the Clone Wars. But at what point did the Clone War trigger his darkness? Was it when his mother died? Was it when he lost his Padawan? But at some point, he still has to decide if his heart lies with the Jedi or the Sith. Palpatine, undeterred by the loss of his potential apprentice, still devises a way to create the Empire and wipe out the vast majority of the Jedi. He sends various threats directly to Anakin and Padmé to convince them that they and their newborn children are in danger. Fearing for their safety, they split. For years, Anakin and Leia wander throughout the galaxy, dodging the Empire and searching for a greater purpose. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. I never thought I could behold such a gift, not till my home planet, Naboo, was taken over by the Trade federation while my older sister, Padmé, was Queen. Two Jedi told me what I could be, how to become a hero of legends, a guardian of peace and justice- a Jedi Knight. I was to train under Mace Windu, a strict and uncompromising Jedi master- but a powerful one. He taught me everything, like how there was only good and evil. Jedi and Sith- I never questioned it, of course. Not till certain Jedi proved otherwise. Anakin Skywalker, the best pilot in the galaxy and the greatest Jedi I'd ever known. But there was more, much more. He was arrogant, headstrong, always biting off more than he could chew. He was strong, brave, and at times unbelievably kind. He made me laugh, and we taught each other how to love. But Anakin was also a man who wanted too much, who cared too much. It lead him astray, away from me, from good into evil. But was it just for evil? The thing always questioned, to this day. Could the universe indeed be as black and white as I painted? No, not anymore. Not from what I had seen and experienced. How could I still love a man who'd fallen so far? If the world was just good and evil- I should hate him- but it was not that simple. It never was.
