Tangled is a 2010 American 3D computer-animated musical fantasy-comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Loosely based on the German fairy tale "Rapunzel" in the collection of folk tales published by the Brothers Grimm, it is the 50th Disney animated feature film. Featuring the voices of Mandy Moore, Zachary Levi and Donna Murphy, the film tells the story of a lost, young princess with long magical hair who yearns to leave her secluded tower. Against her mother's wishes, she accepts the aid of a handsome intruder to take her out into the world which she has never seen.

Hiccup and Rapunzel have hard lives. Hiccup is abused by his father, lost his mother at a young age, has a medical problem and he also bullied and has no friends sadly. Rapunzel is adopted and doesn't even no it, she is barely aloud outside when she gets home from school, and she has magical hair that she has to keep hidden from everyone except her adoptive mother. One day, they both decide to run away from home and when they do they bump into each other. Many dangers are ahead of them. They discover secrets they never knew before. The main question is, why did the run away.? To find out, you must read. This is a Hiccunzel story. Credit for characters goes to Disney and Dreamworks. What if.... a Tangled story [ENG]
What would have happened if Rapunzel had not left the tower following the events of the beloved Disney movie? How would mother and daughter have faced the inevitable and growing threat of the mysterious black rocks? A revisiting of the adventures of the golden-haired princess and the mysteries of her life. An original story but : characters and places do not belong to me, I have simply told the story of Rapunzel (Disney) in a more terrifying and distressing version of the original. Rapunzel is hurt and needs to get away from her past. Her mother was an abusive single parent and her friends only found out about it when she was 18. Now out of her mother's evil hands Rapunzel lives in her best friend Merida's guest room. Although she has a loving boyfriend (Jack) and great friends (Hiccup, Elsa, Anna Merida) Rapunzel still walks around Burgess afraid. Rapunzel does the only thing to do. Leave. Leave her friends. Leave her loving boyfriend Jack. And Leave Burgess. Knowing that her friends and boyfriend can't come with her because they all have lives in Burgess. Rapunzel goes alone to New York City for a new life. But, what she will fall into in New York City is way worse than anything back at home with the comfort of Jack and her friends. Varian and the Seven Kingdoms (Varian's Seven Trials)
This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!! This is a very old tale of The Brother's Grimm, almost 200 years old, or possibly more. This tale is about a young girl who was born with very, very long hair, who was kidnapped at birth by a wicked, old hag. There are many versions of this tale, such as the King stealing lettuce from the hag's garden, and as a punishment the hag took his newborn daughter. Some involve the hag stealing the baby because of it's beauty and youth. Though many versions of this tale has been told over the years, the plot remains the same. It was about a young girl with long hair who was kidnapped at a young age by an old hag, and then confined in a tower with only one window. This version of the tale involves the hag's past.
