I feel a pair of eyes burning through my back. Oh dear god. He makes his way half walking, half jogging and stops right in front of me. He pulls my arm to the side. "Hi Charlotte." His voice was so attractive and angelic. His hair was dark brown and messy. His muscles were defined in his flannel shirt. "Um Charlotte?" He says awkwardly. "Yeah? Hi, um I'm getting late so I'm gonna get to class, very important!" I say putting my finger up, walking away. He just stands there watching me. I feel it. Yes I acted ignorant, he was super conceited though. I hated it. But part of me knew I wanted him. He can never know, for he has that mark on his wrist too.

I watched him watch me as he was about to press his fist into the big red button that read "Emergency Fire!". I was unable to form words because, I thought about how hot he looked as he stared back at me with such intensity. It just intrigued me. I finally snapped out of my trance, but not because I'd came to my senses, but because I felt a cold sensation running down my body. I blinked about three times before it finally registered that he'd pressed the button and now water was spilling from the roof, and some students were laughing and playing. My breath hitched in my throat as he came closer. "You really should've worn a more, I don't know, a thicker shirt or bra. Because your two lovely friends are standing at attention." as the words left his mouth, realization caught up to me and I flushed with embarrassment and quickly crossed my arms over my chest. Talk about scarred for life! Jerk. Meet Charm Mill, your typical nerdface. She's the smartest girl in school, straight A's, great punctuality.. eveything in the book. She's also the invisible girl. No one notices her. But, for her, that's a great thing. She feels that going unnoticed means less drama, which is correct. But, what happens when Heath Cullen gets himself in trouble because he's not performing the way he should and the principal forces Charm to tutor him? Will this be a ticket to hell or a ticket for the bad boy to find his true love? Copyrighted. ©
