"Oh, Mrs. Larson, I have to get going. My uncle is expecting me." He said, suddenly. He can't have seen me though, because I'm standing behind a wall.
"Of course not! You're staying, for dinner, and that's final." My mom ordered. Shit, what is she doing?
I walked past them, and I started to walk up the stairs, when he called my name.
"Ryan!"
That sent chills down my spine, but I kept walking up the stairs,slowly.
I was shaking.
Why does he have this effect on me?
"Ryan! Wait!"
I took a deep breath, and told myself to keep walking.
I heard him run up the steps, so I quickened my pace. How are the stairs this long?!
"Ryan! Just wait! Please!" He begged. To be honest, I feel kinda bad, for treating him like this...
Before I could react, I felt his hands on my shoulders, and then he spun me around. My skin felt like it was on fire, and I was paralyzed, unable to move.
We were face to face.

Blade's eyes turned cold. Like a dark colored ocean that just froze. He took a frightening step forward so now his face was only inches from my face, even with his height, making my breath hitch in my throat. I could no longer breath.
