after the "destruction" society is re-building itself and in an attempt to gain money to neighbouring countries create a fake war in order to gain profit and a school is set up so as to turn children into killing machines to be used.
this story follows two students from very different backgrounds as they discover that a school that was meant to prepare them for the future is in fact preparing them for death.

After that first day of school they start to notice that she's different then she looks to be but will she show her true self or stay the shy naive girl people think she is. What happens when she finally has enough of being the shy, depressed, guilt filled, daydreamer girl that she changed herself into. What happens when she has to transfer to the same school as her best friend Jacob who's in the same friend group as the schools "bad" boy who's also dating the worst bully she's ever had. Like a sunflower will she blossom to her full beauty or will she stay in her shell read to find out. Possible abuse, smut, drugs, self harm, sexual assault, smoking, cursing, dirty but not nude pictures and more. The Academy
The Academy is a school for children with abilities. In it, kids and adults of all ages complete their schoolwork. The only way to get out into the real world, however, is to complete ten missions, challenges that the Headmaster thinks up. They're dangerous and often don't end in freedom... Jude is a fourth year student with Superhuman Memory, a practically useless ability compared to others. Unfortunately for her, that means she hasn't even completed one mission, much less the ten that will free her. She's no stranger to hard work since she grew up in the foster system and spent her whole life bouncing from house to house until she was emancipated at seventeen. Includnig proceeding with her investment and even starting a new and serious relationship. ( I know ive said this before but I really mean it this time but if my ADHD wants to get in the way there's not much I can say). Currently I've decided to keep the story up for the time being but by Jan 1st 2024 only the first 3-5 chapters will be available to be read free here on Wattpad and then the full story will be available to read throuh Kindle and posssibly buy as a book. March 2024 edit: I am not that proud of how the first few chapters turned out and I would prefer to rewrite them some time. They are not my *best* work, but they are not that bad. I just wish I could have improved them. - Only posted on Wattpad. The sequel to my Dog Man AU! Or.. prequel? No, just kidding. Parts of it just acts like one. - It's been 7½ years since the last story. Everything is going well, perfect, if you might say- Sid has finished college and is finally getting a career started, Sydney has a small job in mechanics and is now getting along with Zuzu, and Peter exists.
