"Players gonna play play play play play" they said. Taylor Swift sang.

Which is true.

Ally is just like the any other girls.

She. is. just. ordinary.

There's nothing special in her. She's not even famous, she's not fat, not chubby not even super sexy (she has a bloated tummy because she eats a lot but afterwards it'll be flat again), she's having a pimples when she stays awake late at night and the other reason is... you already know it girls, she's not that talented, she's not that rich, she's not that smart, SHE IS JUST AVERAGE and most of all she doesn't like watching sporty games because she's not even sporty.

"That's not something you mess around with." I say to her and she just rolled her eyes. "It's not like he's going to fall for it anyway." She looked at her baby pink nails. "Then why do you-" "Because," She snapped looking away from her nails to me. "He needs to know how it feels to fall in love and then have your heart ripped out of your chest and just feel like you're dying inside." She clenched her fingers into a fist. "Plus you don't believe in love anyway so it should be a piece of cake to keep your end unattached." "Yeah whatever." Monica Roth wasn't exactly the new girl but she wasn't exactly popular either. Her best friend Destiny Hamilton was a cheerleader but wasn't exactly in on the it crowd. They both seemed to keep to each other until one day the head cheerleader Madison Valentine comes up to Monica asking her a favor. A favor to play a game with the school's newest hottie. Derek Reid. Derek used to believe in love, it's what he lived and breathe for. Until he watched his mother become a slut because of it. The one thing he thought was so beautiful and the cure all to mans problems no longer exist. He became cold and heartless to anyone who didn't deem themselves worthy in his eyes. He played games with girls hearts, cause them to fall in love and literally break their hearts when he doesn't return the affection. He's just that type of guy. What makes Monica stand out from anyone else was the fact she's never been in love. She didn't believe in it, her parents never fell in love. She lives with her mom during the week and her father every now and then. It just something she's never witnessed so she didn't believe in it, to her it was just a myth. So when she gets asked to play the game of love with Derek she literally can't say no.

"I know what I'm going to do" I said as soon as we arrived into her room. She shut the door and looked at me, determination in her eyes, "yes, we will get revenge Cassie" she said "Oh yeah, there will be revenge frazzle, But I am not taking it from Woods. Karma will deal with him later on..."I replied venomously. Confusion crossed Frazzle's face, "but-" "Instead, players will pay. The whole concept of players was what made woods the way he is. And all the other heart breakers in the world. I can't take revenge from all of them, but I will do what I can..." I said, so harshly and coldly that I saw fright in Frazzle's eyes. "From all the fucking players at woodland high! They will feel the pain I have felt today. I am pretty, I am hot and I can be a damn good actress! I will make sure that they fall in love me and then crush their puny hearts under my heel!" I yelled. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cassandra Lively had everything. "Okay, hear me out. We are stuck in the house with nothing to do, we could do something productive while we have time to kill." "We wrote and released an entire album, Grace. What sounds more productive than that?" Quarantine is driving them up the wall. There's only so many days you can spend sitting next to the same person, in the same house, doing the same things before someone snaps... or comes up with a crazy idea on how to change life as they know it. Grace had been through many phases of life, but the one she and Taylor are about to enter together might just be the most daunting (and exciting) yet. She still feels pretty lucky, even if she's downright terrified of what's to come. - An alternate universe to my story 'Stay' and the subsequent one shots, same characters, completely different life. This is the third piece to the 'Camera Flashes' series, following 'The Lucky One'. As with all my stories, this book contains mature themes and sensitive subject matter and is intended for a mature audience. Reader discretion is advised. - This is a work of fiction and I only own original characters and not Taylor Swift, her works or any other living and mentioned people. Persons and or opinions are fictional and not meant to cause harm to anyone living or dead. Do not reproduce or adapt.
