Humans with weaker minds had their memories erased and made to hunt those whose minds were strong and escaped from having their memories erased. After almost eight years later most of the humans had their memories erased and became 'Mindless' , minority of humans which survived both having their memories erased or being killed by mindless, kept on changing place. In this post-apocalyptic world, a pair of sibling who somehow survived the 'Purple Dawn' tried their best to keep themselves alive and also tried to find other survivors, if there are any left...

With no one for company but each other, danger lurking only a few yards away from their homes, and half of their loved ones swept away in a mysterious event known only as 'The Vanishing', the morale of the populous is at an all time low. It's only getting worse for some, as their cities that are supposed to be providing for them are failing to do so. Survivors Wesly and Valentine aren't content with this, however, especially since Val's mother desperately needs life-saving medicine that the city just won't send. With no other options, the two journey outside the wall to study the monsters beyond, selling the information they find to the city in exchange for their support. While dangerous, they manage the task fine until one journey out they stumble across a disturbing, gruesome revelation that reveals not only more about the city, but the end of the world as a whole. I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India.
