Candice, and the rest of the population, are unkowlingly switching back and forth between two universes every time they go to sleep at night? In one universe, their lovers are their enemies, and in the other, it's reversed.

On April fourth, Candice pulls an all-nighter, studying for a test she has the next day. But when she leaves her room to eat breakfast, she finds the house completely empty. In fact, the whole world is empty. And she doesn't know why.

Little does she know, there is one place in both universes that will always be the same, and it is there that all of her answeres are held.
