Velika Angelica Merver er 11 år gammel. Hendes far er troldmand og hendes mor var muggler. Selvom Velika aldrig havde været særlig god til magi, var hun alligevel blevet accepteret på Hogwarts. 

Følg med i historien om Velika, den veninde til Harry Potter, som man aldrig hørte om i bøgerne, men som alligevel spillede en livsvigtig rolle i kampen mod I-Ved-Hvem.

Over the summer, her abusive family situation becomes worse than ever before and it becomes hard to hide the torture of home underneath her robes. Moreover, the deemed suspect of the murder of 12 muggles, Sirius Black, has escaped from Azkaban prison. His escape has left the whole wizarding world in a frenzy with dementors being sent all over the Hogwarts grounds, protecting the third year, Harry Potter. This year, fifth years including herself and Cedric need to learn to master the patronus charm. Is this spell the key to sealing the match made in heaven? Note: I do not own Cedric or Hogwarts. This one will be much shorter than the others since it happens before Hogwarts. Hermione's relationships aren't set in stone at this point, especially because she's so young in this book and hasn't yet been to Hogwarts. Just be warned that I tend to write and enjoy reading Hermione/Multi, so it'll probably end up being like that when we wrap up. Either way, the driving force is the plot, and less on the romance.
