"I can't stand and watch you look at her the way I wish you would look at me. I just can't do it anymore. He stood there holding me trying his best to comfort me by rubbing my back and yet had a blank expression on his face. I could tell this wasn't easy for him either. These past few weeks were nothing but mixed emotions and mixed signals I couldn't take it anymore. When he finally opened his mouth to speak his response totally took me off guard. "Can you please call Skylar in here?" was all he said. I stood there in complete silence without saying a word.
