Fading

After the death of her parents, Ava O'Brien moves to Manhatten where she gets an art scholarship into a prestigious high school. There she lives in her one bedroom studio apartment with a gorgeous chocolate brown lab. Everything seems to be going well for a while, but you know the saying "all things good must come to an end". One night she witnesses a drug deal gone bad between two rival gangs, involving no other than the schools bad boy and heartthrob, Giovanni Medicci.
