Yuno Gasai, a junior high student, has trouble making friends. She views herself as a spectator from the sidelines and often writes down what she sees in a cell phone diary. Tormented by solitude, Yuno interacts with her imaginary friends Deus Ex Machina, the God of Time and Space, and Muru Muru, Deus's servant. One day, Deus grants Yuno's cell phone the ability to record the future for the next 90 days. Yuno is then forced to participate in a battle royale with eleven other people, each of whom also have a diary that can predict the future in some unique way. The rules of the game are simple: before the world ends on day 90, the contestants must find and kill all the other contestants, and the last one standing will become Deus's successor..

Soon, Yuki realize there is actually a game going on and he is part of it. There are 12 competitors, including himself. One of them is Gasai Yuno, a classmate. On one of the episode, Yuki then realize his diary is called "Random diary" which take notes of things happening around him. Together,Yuno and Yuki tried to survive and until they met Akise. Akise is a Immortal made by Dues to check on the players. He tries to help Yuki understand who Yuno really is but was killed in the end by Yuno herself, to prevent Yuki from knowing the truth.Complete
