Hazel grew up as a Snape, but her life changes when she learns her real identity. She gains a twin brother, but at what cost?  Join her as she navigates school, family, and love.

A new take on the Harry Potter series, where Voldemort is defeated by the end of the fourth book and doesn't end up killing a bunch of people. Instead, all the drama in this story comes from tension between Hazel and Draco, who have undoubtable chemistry in person, but are incompatible on paper.

Hazel Potter is the younger twin sister of Harry Potter, and she is taken off to live with Severus Snape after her parents murder when she was an infant. She lives with him in the Hogwarts castle during the school terms, and in their home in Spinner's End during the summer. She grew up being babysitted by various Hogwarts professors, and sat quietly in the corner of the potions dungeon, observing her father teach the students of Hogwarts. 
This is her story.

I don't agree with Rowling's homotransphobic views. DISCLAIMER: In this story: Narcissa and Bella are step-sisters and are not blood-related. The only challenges Harry had to face were stealing the Philosopher's Stone from Lord Voldemort and sending his ghost away in the Chamber of Secret. The Three Wizards Tournament didn't involve Barty Crouch Junior at all and everything went well, in fact Cedric didn't die in the last challenge. Sirius was at Azkaban until Harry went to Elementary school, then he was freed by Dumbledore and was sent home; he needed to prove to the Ministry of Magic he was capable of taking care of himself and only after six years he found out about his Godson. Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts.
