"Are you trying to impress Adrien?" He asked, and Marinette sighed deeply, walking over to her desk chair and slamming her butt on it, the chair twirling a little. "Jealous cat." She said, smiling up at him. "What brought you here anyway, kitty?" His smile wavered, "Can't I come to see my confidant?" She rolled her eyes. "Well, confidant... What brought you here?" He shrugged and sat on the floor near her, staying clear of the train on the dress. "I actually needed a girl's advice." She raised her brow quizzically. "Okay... what does the 'ladies man' need to know?" Referencing the most recent interview he did. "Oh, come on. I didn't expect them to keep that part in the interview." She giggled. "It was funny, I'm glad they kept it in." He flicked her exposed leg through the dress slit. "Okay, but I just had a question about Ladybug." Marinette swallowed hard at the mention of herself. She suddenly felt like she shouldn't be hearing this because she was Ladybug. "Okay, shoot it." He bit his lip, maybe unsure how to word it. "Well... I kinda tried to court her for at least the last 7 months. She didn't accept it, and I finally accepted that myself... but I guess my question is why she might not have wanted me. I'm sorry, I'm not even sure you could answer that... It just seems like Ladybug trusts you, so maybe she mentioned something to you?" -- Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a usually stubborn, headstrong girl, finally gives up on liking Adrien Agreste. He can't seem to take the hint, and she can't seem to conjure the confidence just to tell him. Chat Noir, a superhero who's able to charm any girl in his double life AND civilian form, can't seem to charm the one girl he wants: Ladybug. Living With Agreste
At 16 years old, Marinette prepares for the chance of a lifetime. Internships, closer to defeating Hawkmoth, overcoming the awkwardness between her and her crush... but when her parents decide to leave for a baking contest in the states, she's told she can't live in Paris on her own. Determined to find a place to stay for the time being, Marinette comes across the only other option. Living with your crush seems exciting- I mean, it's a chance to get closer to him, right? But instead, what lies ahead is a road of rumors, lies, danger, confusion, awkward teenagers, and quite a few secrets that begin to turn both Adrien and Marinette's lives upside down. While fighting for both of their identities, both are busy with their lingering emotions. Will either of them be able to confess how they really feel to one another before the year is up? Chloe begins to feel guilty when she sees that Marinette pushes away her friends, due to her sudden change in personality. Adrien, a boy she'd known since she was a child, is hurt by Marinette's burning hatred. Will Chloe finally confess her prank to save Adrienette before it's too late? A Miraculous Fairytale
Marinette Dupain-Cheng is an average peasant girl growing up in a small village named Parisilia. It is strictly under the rule of King Gabriel. Since her father was murdered by the King's men years ago, she has learned to fend for herself with the help of her friend Alya. Living in the village isn't easy, especially when the taxes are raised and getting by is made increasingly difficult. So Marinette has to do something about it. But how could she as an average peasant girl? Her plan is to overthrow the kingdom. Feeing hopeless, Marinette nearly tosses aside this idea. On a cold and dreary night, when a fairy godmother grants her biggest wish, she has the ability to transform into Ladybug, a spotted hero who will demand change for the village. But she'll find that it's easier said than done when she unexpectedly meets Prince Adrien. Will Marinette ever have a happy ending without jeopardizing the lives of the ones she loves?مكتمِلة
