    On the world of Earth-16, there exists a top-secret paramilitary organization that keeps track of both supervillain and superhero activity. They report directly to the United States government and the U.N. Security Council; even though they are owned nor created by either. Their Director is Tyler Disakvo, a former U.S. Army Ranger--top of his class. Their top agent: Joseph Thomas Domingo, Jr.--the son of the richest and most powerful man in the world, and heir to his company, Global Privatized Security.
    
    One day while performing a routine infiltration operation of a highly classified laboratory, he stumbles upon a group of sidekicks doing the samething exact thing. The lab is Cadmus. The sidekicks...well you know who they are. That would not be the last time he would see them; for he sees them a few weeks later scoping out a small island nation in the Caribbean Sea, as he is doing the same thing.
    
    Realizing that this will most likely keep happening, Agent Domingo and his Private SEAL unit are reassigned and tasked with not only protecting these heroic youths and assisting them when necessary, but also with finding more about them.
    
    So for now, he is Joseph Domingo. Curator of Mount Justice and Team liaison. His mission: To protect the world. Both for and from the Team.
