Light and Dark depend on each other for existence. The balance between the two is delicate and it was decided centuries ago that a treaty would be signed stating that those from both sides with inhuman abilities but be sent to train and learn in the same school from the age of 2 years old. It may start out as your typical boy meets girl story with a Romeo and Juliet feel however that's where the similarities end.
