It's been three years since Flippy and Petunia took down the Killer of '87 and laid their deceased childhood friends to rest.
Despite the Happy Tree Pizzeria being shut down for good, Flippy and Petunia turn their careers as security guards to another company known as Happy Tree Weapons and Tactical Arms
They thought that they only needed to look after the warehouse at night together. But what they didn't know was that part of the spirits of the four children possesses the animatronics that are prototypes for weapons to fight wars across the world.
Flippy and Petunia must put their friend's souls to rest completely before their friends claim the two security guards as their first victims.

It was the year 2035, the month was March, a new pizzeria restaurant makes a grand opening, this restaurant has been getting several grand openings and re-openings, the people aren't sure why this specific restaurant has always been getting grand openings lately in the past, but they don't bother at all to figure it out, as they are all focus on this grand opening of a new pizzeria restaurant, or to say more like a pizzaplex, where inside contains a huge arcade games, several huge fast food restaurants, a huge playground, and lastly and the best part for teenagers and kids, new and improved animatronics performing on an actual stage. But unfortunately, one of them got dismantled and the restaurant needed to be close for tonight...and as this animatronic was sent to its own room, the animatronic notice someone hiding inside his body, and turns out to be a boy, who happens to be hiding from someone in this restaurant for some apparent reason, and not just that...he also sneak out of his house.
