Kamen Rider Chronicle has ended. Dan Masamune has been defeated my Hojo Emu. The world has become peaceful again. Or so we thought. In the year 2018, a new form of Bugster virus has spreaded throughout New York. The virus is called the "Neo-Bugster virus." The virus is so strong, that Emu and the others aren't strong enough to fight off this virus. Now, the world is relying on new gamers to cure the Neo-Bugster virus. These gamers are called "Neo-Gamers." These Neo-Gamers goes by the names of Basara Hatake known as Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Zachary King known as Kamen Rider Brave, Roe Walsh known as Kamen Rider Snipe, and Nick Kujo known as Kamen Rider Lazer. Can these four gamers save the world and end the Neo-Bugster virus? Or, will the world end up like Zero Day all over again?

Humanity has struggled to survive ever since the robotic threat known as the Raptures invaded and took over the surface of planet earth. The only hope humanity has against these mechanical monstrosities are the Nikkes, the Goddesses of Victory, highly advanced combat androids that far surpass humans in all aspects of combat. However humanity views them as expendable tools that can easily be replaced despite all of them having human levels of thinking. Two such individuals however wish to help the Nikkes in their battle against the Raptures. The first the grandson of the company CEO that launched humanity's last functioning satellite and son of the Tetra Line CEO. The other a Commander who will go to great lengths to support his Nikkes while fighting on the surface. Utilizing the technology left behind by Kurenosuke Hiden, these two men will jump to the sky in hopes of reaching a better future for both Humans and Nikkes! Gender equality is a thing of the past, decades ago when the realm known as Mato opened up and monsters known as Shuuki began invading Earth, humanity had a singular hope. Women who consumed the Peaches that grew within Mato gained superhuman abilities allowing them to combat the Shuuki. Forming the Anti-Demon Corps, these brave women defend humanity from the Shuuki while men are left to perform most menial jobs. However the Onmyou Agency in their pursuit of further scientific advancement to combat the Shuuki, unleashed a group of monsters far worse than the Shuuki themselves. B.O.A.R.D a branch of the Onmyou Agency develop technology to combat this new threat. Two young men are selected to utilize technology to combat these monsters, however when they cross paths with members of the Anti-Demon Corps will lead to the secrets of the demonic realm to be revealed.
