Life wasn't too difficult. I'm the only daughter of Katherine and Robert Lowe, two very dedicated doctors who had a secret of their own. On the outside the small Lowe family was not too unique but in reality they were very powerful. They were the leaders of their family. The Lowe family and their family lived in sunny California until they were driven off by a coven of angry Vampires. Having fought and lost many people they fled to the least place they would be found. The small town of Forks Washington.
You might be asking yourself, what are they to be able to fight a coven of vampires? Well, they were shifters -or spirit warriors- whose tribe dated back all the way to the 1700s. They were powerful beings having to adapt to protect themselves against the vampires and children of the moon. They didn't shift into the wolves you are accustomed to seeing though. They shifted into Lions, The Great Cat.
The king and Queen of the pride leading their people into Forks Washington hoping that they will be able to live peacefully only to find out they landed in the hotspot for supernatural beings.
Young Audree Lowe was sick and tired of having to run and hide from the leeches that seemed to always appear out of nowhere. She begins to attend Forks High School with a lot of the other teens in her group. Being the next leader of the pride only made her even more distant from the strangers that found her group fascinating but one girl in particular had caught her eye on her first day in school.
Isabella Swan the Chief's daughter. She sat in the table farthest from everyone with a faraway look. It seems as if whatever is happening to her was the end of her life. Determined to bring some light into the young girls face, Audree tries to befriend the girl only to receive nothing but empty looks.
Will Audree succeed in bringing life into Bella? Will she encounter troublesome shifters in La Push? What will happen to her and her pride of proud lions?
