Sage Kurosaki had been dealt a tough card in life. Loosing her mother to cancer, and loosing her father to the hands of a murderer. But that's not the end of it, after her parents died she didn't know what to do, but not wanting their wills go to waste she finished high school then college and  got a job as profiler for the police hoping to catch her father's murderer. 

But that didn't go as planned... she was kidnapped by the yakuza and then was thrown on a plan to Japan, illegally of course. Being on that plane was the last thing she wanted to be doing, but how the hell was she supposed to escape the yakuza?! 

Her wish of escape is granted when men in historical clothing show up and try to kill her, but that's not a good thing is it? After almost being killed by men with swords she ends up in an unknown place, but is it really? When she was young she loved old Japan stories that her Japanese father loved to tell her, especially the one's of Oda Nobunaga. The way her father told the stories was like he was actually there, but that wasn't possible. Or was it? 

When some of her father's enemies arrive from the past and threaten Venus's life, she's sent to old Japan. How will Venus adjust to the sick life of old Japan? And what if she meets people that she only heard of in history books? And what happens when she meets the famous and feared Oda Nobunaga? And when she falls deeply for that famous Nobunaga? And that war lord fall deep in love with her? 

Of course she never expected marriage to be on her list of things to do...especially with a war lord from the past.
