This story revolves with a boy named Wilhelm. His an orphan and pickpocket is his way of living not until a Man adopted him and trained him to be an official member of his underground group called 'The Hat'. This group holds the city of Tirana, the heart of Albania. They had the influence, the power, and the wealth, but this seem's not enough. They hunger for more power, so they plan to climb much higher and they're target? To rule the world. But as they lay out their plans everything started to crumble.
Follow the story of hardship and pain behind the peace we have. All things has it's own sacrifice to be paid.
