Ever since ZAC's infamy in causing collateral damage, vandalism, and association with the Plague Rats, many people have shown fear of the weapon rather quickly. Luckily, not many know the exact locations of the Blob-Man since he has been known to live all over the pipes. However, through the rumors, one chem baron finally pinpointed him and his "parents" at a house in the sump of Zaun, and sought to "put him under control".
