Guardians---beings gifted by the gods with a unique magic to transform their physical appearance into that of a powerful, divine beast. They are tasked with safeguarding the two chosen bloodlines, risking life and limb to protect them. Ryella is one of the last known Guardians. She and her brother have watched over Lady Lunafreya for years, waiting for the day when the prophecy would be fulfilled, and the Starscourge eradicated. That is until he was befriended by a young commoner girl who showed him the meaning of true friends. Her friendship with the young up and coming prince also helped her to show the prince what it means to truly care for someone. Even though the rest of world seems to be after both of them. This story is based off of the FFXV Video game and all of the associated DLCs that was produced by Square Enix. This does contain spoilers from the full game, all associated DLCs, the FFXV Brotherhood Anime series, and the FFXV Kingsglaive Movie that was produced before the game was released. If you are planning on playing the game and/or watching the anime series and/or movie, I recommend watching them first and completing the game before you read this story. I do not own any of the FFXV characters or the art that is within the story. All FFXV character rights are owned by Square Enix.
