Alfred Jones es un agente secreto enviado para averiguar y detener los planes de la gran y poderosa empresa mafiosa "Ryonk" junto a su compañero Romano Vargas. Para ello Alfred y Romano tendrán que asistir a la prestigiosa  "Hetalia Gakuen" y hacerse pasar por alumnos de alto coeficiente para ganarse el respeto del director  y así acercarse a su objetivo. En el camino conocerán a personas con la que entablarán una gran amistad y en muchas ocasiones algo más que amistad.
