Why the World Needs Damirae (Damian x Raven)

I decided to write this explaining why this ship between the characters of Damian Wayne/Robin and Rachel Roth/Raven needs to happen. This is the only time I've ever truly cared that a ship has to take place to write something about it. I mean we all have our characters that we want to see paired up. But, with this particular ship we have a slim chance that it might not fully take place. (Even though I think it will based on all that's been set up, because if they didn't that'd be really stupid). I also want to make this clear from the get go before I'm bombarded with comments that I don't hate BBRAE shippers I may not like the pairing but I respect other people's viewpoints. Now, that we got that out of the way I'm going to go ahead and list all the reasons why this ship NEEDS to happen.

The son of Batman and the son of Superman, Damian Wayne and Jonathan Kent, have been working as partners for years now, ever since they were forcibly paired together by their fathers. While forced together, the two proved to be quite the match for each other, quickly becoming friends. It was then that something quite unexpected happened, Jonathan developed a romantic interest in his new bird themed partner. Also Damian and Jon will be aged differently, now with only a one year difference between them. More Than Words - A Damijon Story
Both Jon and Damian has had a couple of years to discover their feelings for each other. They both question themselves, if they are deserving of each other. They have to fight, for themselves and the people they care about. Throughout the story, they deal with questioning their own identity, loss and heartbreak. The story consists of 3 Arcs, 'Injustice for all' and 'Prepare for War' are the arcs that's been finished/ongoing so far. If the final Arc is to be revealed, it could risk spoilers for the story itself, so make sure to read in full! :D Disclaimer: I do not own these characters.
