Jamie gets to go to universe 788 because something from her past has gotten not only her attention but also the higher-ups, and Zero Squad's attention which has been a pain in the ass ever since she escaped hell for the second time, when she was 14 years old. The Sinnoh region holds many tales about the great and beautiful Cynthia, the reigning Champion. She was renowned for being a Dragon Master, and her Dragon-type Pokemon were enough to bring others to their knees. This Champion was known as the greatest trainer in all of Sinnoh and also as one of the greatest in the world. But what about her family? Vali, the son of Cynthia, is fifteen and doesn't have a Pokemon. From ten-year-olds to literal preschoolers, there seems to be no end to the amount of new Pokemon Trainers each day. Ever since that day when Ash Ketchum won against his mother in the World Coronation Series, when she started to show more interest in her duties as a Champion and as a Trainer than her own family, Vali started to dislike Pokemon in general, as they remind him of her. But when a fateful encounter with a Pokemon ends up saving his life, something lingering inside of him awakens and reminds him who he truly is. But is this really enough to bring back the love that he used to have for Pokemon? Vali will soon find himself caught in the center of dangerous activities. He must go through powerful Trainers, girls, dangerous Pokemon, discover the secrets of his past and bloodline, and confront his mother. (This all takes place five years after the master's 8.)

Though, one issue layed ahead. Gold, the confident and reckless kid he remembers all those years ago. He never really liked him, he'd find him quite annoying mostly, though there were times where he'd warm up to the other, but this time he didn't really want any distractions, he just needed to participate in this tournament and win. --- Here's a fic with something a little bit different, a Christmas themed fanfic with my current hyperfixation, i wrote this with the help of Dreamily.ai cause I can get brain rot every now and then, so I hope you enjoy it despite it coming out of season. This is the second installment in the 'Pokémon Red' series. Red, a 10-year-old Pokémon Trainer, after rejecting the oppurtunity to become the Viridian City Gym Leader must continue his quest of becoming a Pokémon Master to the Johto Region. Here he will be met with similar challenges, mainly - Team Rocket. Frequently Asked Questions: Q - This book has a crossover? A - The book crosses over with @Bossun24 's Pokemon Leaf Chronicles for 6 chapters. The crossover had been planned 1 year prior to its publishing. Q - Why is Leaf replaced by Lyra? A - Leaf is not replaced by Lyra, both characters are different in their own ways. I wanted to get Leaf out of the picture for a different kind of character growth. Lyra is Red's cousin sister, with Red being an experienced trainer, he acts like a mentor to her. Q - So time travel happens in this one? A - It does, and its fun how it plays out. Q - Who is this Masked Man? There was a masked man in the manga too. A - While the idea was original, a mystery man who structures every Team Rocket plan and assists Giovanni. I was shocked to see that the manga had someone named "Masked Man" as well. Q - Who is this Masked Man? And why is he important? A - A mystery man controlling every aspect of a criminal organisation and has been the true mastermind of Giovanni's every plan? Sounds pretty important to me. As for his identity, I was very unsure if I was ever going to reveal it as it was not very important at first until the second book was coming to an end.Complete
