Broken Promises

What if someone made a promise to you, one of the most important promises someone could make, and they break that promise. Not only do they break that promise, but they also do they exact opposite of what they promised. You would be upset right? What if your spouse or boyfriend did that to you? What if that promise was to never hurt you, wouldn't your heart shatter? What if that happened to you, what if it ruined your life, your friendships, and your happiness?
