this story is set in the current season 2 of miraculous ladybug, except they are 16 in this instead of 14, for reasons... where adrien is starting to develop a fondness for adorable, clumsy marinette, even though he still loves ladybug as chat noir. marinette has always been crazy about adrien, posters of his face everywhere in her room, she can barely talk to him! but now she has realized that her feelings for chat noir have been changing as well.ladybug's instincts is to push chat noir away in hopes that these feelings will disappear but they only grow. Adrien suddenly grows closer with his shy classmate, marinette and feels that he's betraying ladybug. With their identities unknown to each other, Adrien and marinette struggle with the confusion of loving more than one person.
while on patrol, chat noir detransforms and a certain civilian sees, (not who you think tho ;) that civilian had already discovered the identity of ladybug and eventualy chat noir figures it out too.
with his realization that he only ever loved one gives him confidence and the romantic feelings for marinette to grow. though ladybug still does not know who chat noir is. will the truth finely come out? or will marinette remain confused, bouncing back and forth between what she believes is two guys? read to find out....
