Tony Stark and his 13 year old protege Peter Parker, who so happens to be Spiderman, go to the Small Town of Gravity Falls to meet with Stark's Former College Roommate Preston Northwest. Chaos Ensues as Green Goblin also comes to Gravity Falls and terrorised the City.

It's Up To Peter, and his New Friends Dipper and Mabel Pines and Pacifica Northwest, along with the help of his friend from NYC, Gwen Stacy, to form an impromptu team of Web Warriors.
