When it seems as though all hope is lost, the government release a weapon into the hands of the Rigurian's. They released Mckinley Calaway. An 18 year old girl who's powers were more powerful than all of the Rigurians put together.
However, when she's outside her usual cell, whose to say which side she'll take to.
