Ashes fell like snowflakes as she watched her village burn and become one with the ground.
She could do nothing about it.
Her village was no longer a village, but more like a forest that was mistakenly placed in a scorching hot desert.
There was nowhere she could go.
She ran, she left her childhood, her future and her now burnt village behind.
She didn't look back.

Just like the flames that had no mercy, they came with destruction and left with victory, devouring everything in its path, leaving nothing but the wreckage of her village.
They were the ones she was running from.
