This story takes place in the 1970's, about at the end of the Vietnam War. Wiliam, a soon-to-be soldier for the U.S. is leaving behind everything for battle. His friends, his sickly mother, his three year old daughter, and the pregnant love of his life. This story really isn't about William the soldier, though. It's mostly about everyone he left behind and how they cope with having a loved one thousands of miles away fighting in what seems to be a hopeless war.

It's the future and all of North America is basically experiencing an apocolypse. In 3013 a missile hit in southern america, it contained an unknown virus that has spread like wildfire and infected 60% of America, Mexico, and Canadas citizens as a whole. The USA has contained all healthy citizens from the sick ones. The government has convinced everyone that the outside world is a very dangerous place. But is it true? Everyone has their doubts. And the government heads on a downward spiral when Jr. Soldiers Gale Mathesin and Vala Mininger set out to save their city from being overrun with the sickness. But will there be a bump in the road of their 'perfect' plan? No inside citizens has ever seen the outside world. They need to find a new place to settle their citizens before the sickness overruns them all. As far as the rest of the world knows, all of North America is sick or dead. So where do they have to go? The Stavesons: A CH Story
Aaron Staveson (Aka Ame) at the age of 7 was forcefully drafted amongst other children into a war against monsters. After 2 years of bloodshed and determination, he was able to end the war... or did he? The war was officially over, at the cost of many lives, and for Aaron, his legs. However, monsters are still lurking, and the biggest monster of all is after Aaron. Now it's much more intense for him because he is now a father. He decides to pack up his family of 31 kids (yes he has that many) and head back to the home he was once taken from: United City, home of the Representatives. As he reunites with long lost friends and family it all seems to be a happy ending, but is it truly a happily ever after? Or will the monsters take everything from him once again? And for good. I made this book 5 years ago in a notebook. There has been some heavy editing done to make the book more understandable and how I want things to go! Happy Cringing! The second I saw her my skin heated and heart skipped a beat. I knew I had to know who she was. I knew I just needed to be near her. After my horrible marriage I knew getting involved with anyone was the worst thing I could possibly do. The problem was the girl of my dreams was standing right in-front of me partially guarded. She knew my family and knew about my past which should scare me away, but it doesn't it only draws me closer to her. My brother is getting married, I'm the best man, she's the maid of honor. If I screw this up even a little bit everyone is going to have my ass. The second I saw him my mouth went dry. His sculpted arms in that t-shirt covered in ink, my body was telling me to run the other way, to not get involved with this gorgeous dangerous man with a military past. Those gorgeous blue eyes however pulled me in and saw right through every part of me. He's my best friends soon to be brother-in-law, and I have legal custody of a child that isn't mine. Nobody wants to be with a single mom these days, what makes him any different?Complete
Weigh Out Way-In
There is an unexpected turn in the story that drastically changes the course of events and, in the long run, even the lives of those involved. Magpie, the first to be involved, suddenly finds himself in the world so unlike his own. Will he find his place there or will he be at least able to go back home? He seems to find his way back from this new world of giga-dimensions but something unwanted happens, and things go worse. The cultural differences, together with a challenging personality traits of another involved in the events, suck Magpie and his friends into a downward spiral. The story challenges you to see the world differently from the perspective you are perhaps too used to and narrowed by. Life can be an adventure if you don't narrow it with a bigotry that forces you to be rooted in your trenches and behind your dividing walls. This doesn't mean you have to accept others' views without standing your ground. However, to be able to share our lives in this one and only world we need to make compromises, on both sides. Are you the first brave one to set this positive trend in motion? So read on and let the foundation of the story be laid. From the end of episode 1 on, the story really picks up, finally reaching its climax at the end of episode 3 with quite a surprising finish. Your participation in solving this shared challenge of coexistence and cooperation is highly appreciated. Remember those who cooperate make more progress than those who don't! The ideal audience for my first book is actually between 12 and 16, but anybody older and interested in adventures, cultures and in getting more understanding into our multifaceted world is sure to enjoy the story.
