"Flip a coin." I said to Jade, "To see which party we attend tonight, of course."

Being a senior, especially at Belmont High, meant you were either one of the three following criteria. Popular, which meant you attended all parties. You missed none. You fit in, and you were considered "cool". Average, which meant you were basically in the middle of popular and being a loser. You attended a party here and there, you weren't really noticed, but you were "allowed" to attend the parties. Last and definitley least, the losers of course. Being a loser meant you were invited to no parties, you were not recongnized. You were basically nothing to the rest of the school. 

"Gavin's and Ali's it is." 

Me, I was popular you could say. I was invited to all the parties, I was recongnized. Not was I only popular, but I was also a geek. I have the perfect "Abercrombie" boyfriend. I had the looks. But I also had the love triangle. With the guy I had crushed on for years who was now my boyfriend, and the guy I met over the summer. Seth. Four perfect little letters. Gavin. Five perfect little letters.

My face lit up like a Christmas tree and I was truly surprised. "Okay, let's go." * There are a few rules when it comes to ditching class. Rule number one: Don't tell anyone. The teachers, your siblings, your parents. Rule number two: If anybody asks where you were, always say you were sick and rule number three is to have fun. Louisa Shepard didn't know what she was getting into when she agreed to ditch school with Liam Gilbert, her host brother. She had the perfect attendance record, she studied in her spare time and she never missed a class a day in her life. Until she went to America in exchange and met Liam, the guy she could not get away from. Liam did not care about school. He ditched most days, slept in, never studied for anything and his attendance record wasn't exactly great. When Liam finds out that Louisa, the British good girl, was the perfect student, he wanted to have some fun. But, there comes a price. If Liam wanted Louisa to ditch school then he would have to study with her. Louisa had no idea what she was in for when ditching with Liam and some days, it goes further than just ditching class.
