I take a shaky breath and narrow my eyes right back at him "What do you want me to do?" I ask calmly.
"I want you to do one thing; help him remember. Help him remember the X-Factor, help him remember One Direction, help him remember the boys. If you don't, you know what'll happen, Emmy." He says mockingly.
When Emmy Lynwood is forced to accompany her thirteen year old sister, Ashley, to a One Direction concert, describing her mood as pissed would be an understatement. She doesn't even like One Direction. Her plans for the night are simple; suffer through two and a half hours of their so-called "music", get home, stuff her face, and watch 'Misfits' reruns.
Unfortunately for Emmy, plans change.
While driving home after the concert, Emmy and Ashley witness a pedestrian get struck by a car, and, when coming to his aid, Ashley recognizes him as the one and only Liam Payne.
Upon waking up in the hospital not only can Liam not remember anything past early 2010, but he instantly becomes smitten with Emmy the moment he sees her and requests for her to be by his side throughout his recovery.
Now Emmy's made a deal with the devil that is Roland Kenny, an employee for Modest Management, in which she will help Liam no matter what..."or else". The job proves harder than it initially seems when this stubborn and out spoken girl has to put up with the constant intruding from four other boy band members, her fangirling mess of a little sister, and management breathing down her neck. All while trying to help a desperately love-sick Liam remember the last three and a half years of his life.
[Under Major Reconstruction]
Liam Payne is still in love with his ex-girlfriend, Kelly. He thinks he's willing to do whatever it takes to get her back, but when this results in enlisting a strong-willed stranger to help him, he finds himself in over his head. This girl tests Liam's every belief about life, love, and trust, all the while showing him that sometimes things aren't always what they seem. Liam strongly believes that love conquers all. His adapted left-hand girl? Not so much. But what's a better team than a boy who believes in love and a girl who can't say it?
