He was confused. He had no idea of what she was talking about and she asked again before he could speak. "Is it true? You told me you love me because you couldn't be with her? Because you wanted to use me to fill in the empty space in your heart?" She looked into his eyes. Now the tears had fallen , rolling down her cheeks.
He was more than confused now. Who had been feeding her with those ugly thoughts? He did not know What to do. Was he to start explaining now? Or make her stop crying. He pulled her close before thinking and they were only clothes apart from each other...

I bit my lip and tried to control my stupid hormones, but it made it worse when Noah's gaze went to my lips. I saw his Adam's apple bob as he continued to stare at my lips.
